The layout seems pretty poor for this event.  The vendors are way off in the corner.

The charge for camping spaces (which seen very cramped) annoys me.

I will vote for the house, which will have hot showers and easier cooking facilities.

I've got 2 mags they can use with barrels, 1 spare Hopper, and 1 spare mask.

I've got a second mask and Hopper that would get them on the field, but they aren't very good quality

Jacob and Justin primarily.
Are you getting gear for them?  If you are, I'm likely to have others that will want to borrow (or rent) great too

I'm loaning out some guns for March 9th at the caves, but I don't have extra hpa tanks.  Would anyone be willing to loan out hpa tanks for the day?  I'm looking for 2.  (If not, I'm going to see if jaeggers will rent a couple tanks)

I watched a video of a pirate ship build last night.  It looked awesome

If the team is going... Most likely yes.

I'll echo one of Taylor's comments from early on.  I like the idea of going to mid sized (~500ish) scenarios at new fields at new places around the country.

Legends has a new field, which is a plus, however it's hard for me to get behind considering that it's really not very family friendly (off the field).  It's nothing that's going to keep me from traveling with the boys though.

Not to throw a wrench in plans, but I know some folks were cold sleeping at Sherwood during the first weekend of May. The Monte Cassino trip would be earlier in April. Camping might be a little rough.
Fair point. I did do a class on cold weather camping once, I could do that again.

Anytime who hunts in Halsey should be very familiar with cold weather camping!

I hope to make it to the scenario this year.  I would probably vote for Sherwood, but I can't go to Sherwood due to the dates.  I have a wedding to go to that weekend in Ft.Wayne.
