My workouts have been evolving over the last month or so. More HIIT style of workouts, which has lead to  some positive changes. Yesterday I spent most of the day playing as a front player rather than a back player. I wasn’t always successful but I was doing things out side of my comfort zone and loving it. I owe that all to my workouts. I’m not seeing big changes on the scale because I’m still slowly adding muscle. The changes that I see are all agility, speed(still kinda slow) and strength. These HIIT workouts burn you out in about an hour. I mean completely spent. Friday I had to sit there and have a snack after my workout just to have the energy to drive home.
