New mag feed marker from planet eclipse
« on: November 07, 2018, 10:45:16 PM »
I am pretty excited see this marker online
https://www.ansgear.com/Planet_Eclipse_Emek_MG100_s/6769.htm
Planet Eclipse EMEK MG100
takes dye mags (or box mag)
hopper and or mag feed: hopefully you can switch on the fly but unsure
First Strike capable
uses the gamma core valve train

Add a methdyne nerf launcher to a front shroud and you have a true scenario ball master key

Actually say it can't be switched on the fly. Requires one screw and time in the dead box if I read the interview correct.

My requirements for a magfed gun were reliable, dye dam mags, and actually built to play paintball not absorb the recoil of real steel. If the reliability checks out I'll get one too and I'm fairly confident as it still is the gamma core they use one the gmek/emet and those have performed well. Box mag won't work since there is no electronics to interface with the box mag, could probably Homebrew something similar with a rotor or something. There is talk of a PALs loader that is speculated to be a peumatic agitated hopper of some kind is in the interview is reported to be only a couple euros.

I’m sure someone will come up with a mod so it can use the boxmag.

Waiting to see what the price is. Prefer to shoot one first before buying. Hate that switching from mage to hopper is not on the fly. Otherwise great stuff

I’d probably get one if you could switch on the fly
