But really I have little opinion about where. But  my main thought/concern is that I’d prefer something on the smaller size. So I probably wouldn’t attend something like Legends.

Monte Cassino I think they said is around 800 people. You talking that size, or more like Sherwood with 300?
Monte is capping attendance at 800. Talked to a BOB more and he said they had closer to 520 last year. Sounds like they have plenty of room to grow then.

If true, Monte sounds like it’s in the ballpark for me

So is legends run by some kind of scenario company? Or are the "haunted house people" coming up with the game?

Legends is run by CPX Sports which is Honu and Lani. They run a series of events all over from Dreaded Legends to Hawaiian Legends. Like Viper does. Unfortunately Living Legends is the only one close enough for me to drive to. Most of their other stuff is all on the east coast.

Out of curiosity, is challenge for children going to go again?

I was looking that up the other day but haven't seen anything. I'm doubting that.

If you catch me in a bar where the wild things are
With my pastor and an entourage who loves God
Please don't think that it's odd, we kick it 'round broken hearts
Fishing for men, surrounded by sin but ain't taking part
I talk about Jesus, all the Christians love me
I walk like Jesus now they wanna judge me, ain't it funny?

Talking with Honu last night, they rented land next to Legacy specifically for camping. Said there is almost as much camping space as play space on the field. Then he gave me the guys number to call to set up camp spots. I would assume we would be able to rent an big tent like we did at Sherwood.

Was reading up a bit on the Sherwood Firefly game and they are advertising a true 24 hour game. Haven't quite gotten the details but that sounds like play all night. Definitely something I haven't done yet. My main concern in going back to Sherwood is I don't want to blow out that game so much that we get a name for being bullies or the other drama that comes with paintball. I do prefer smaller games and think I'd rather take a year to play with the BOBs. Have we gotten an invite back to Sherwood that I haven't heard about?

Did someone commit to Tombstone? I've got a couple BOBs telling me Muddy already committed.

That is a valid concern if we have a history of it or have heard some talk of it. i am not aware of either being the case.

We got an invite back for this year before we left camp if i remember correctly. Even if not, our interest, decision, and money is invitation enough for most scenarios.

I do seem to remember getting that invite now that you mention it. I would like to get to the point that we make enough of an impact at events that we basically run only on invites. Pipe dream I know but would still be cool.

I can reach out to pfluam, I haven’t even committed to tombstone this year. My goal is to roll as much as I can with the actual team this year you know now that I get to call myself a muddy lol

Yeah I don't know of anyone committing to anything as of yet. I haven't even given a full commitment to Honu yet. I want to go wherever the team wants to go. I want to roll with the team. If it comes down to me making a decision then I am gonna do Legends, but like I said I wanna go where the team goes. I have too much fun with you all!

Well, let's get our spring event locked down. We can decide about Tombstone later since it's in October.
